Alphonse Gabriel “Al” Capone:

American gangster, bootlegger and crime boss that rose to fame during the Prohibition era. J. Edgar Hoover:

Instrumental in founding the American FBI, and was its first Director. A hero while alive and dubious in death, his practices (while effective) were potentially as questionable as the thugs he hunted.
